A grounded, restorative learning experience designed to support modern educators in demanding school environments.

What you’ll learn:

  • Skills to lead with steady presence and influence, letting go of fear and frustration

  • How energy and mindset influences classroom and school culture

  • Skills to shift your energy and regulate your nervous system in minutes using breath, movement, and mindfulness

  • How to stay calm, clear-headed, and in control when communicating with students and coworkers

  • Simple, sustainable yoga techniques you can use before, during, or after the school day

No prior yoga or meditation experience is required.

All classes run 12:30 - 4:30pm.
Max 15 students. Minimum 8 students required to run the session.
